Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are successfully delivered.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Gather client feedback and relay it to the product development team to improve offerings.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
