Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Freelance Content Writer with a strong understanding of the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content that appeals to both potential buyers and industry professionals. This role involves writing blogs, property descriptions, market analysis articles, social media posts, and other marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear, compelling, and SEO-optimized content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and property listings.
• Craft detailed and attractive property descriptions that highlight key features and benefits for potential buyers.
• Research and produce insightful articles on real estate trends, market updates, property investment opportunities, and homebuyer tips.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, marketing teams, and developers to create tailored content that aligns with brand messaging and target audience needs.
• Develop creative scripts and captions for real estate videos and social media posts.
• Ensure content adheres to SEO best practices to drive traffic and improve online visibility.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure it is error-free and meets quality standards.
• Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, market dynamics, and buyer preferences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content writer, with a strong portfolio of work related to the real estate industry.
• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Ability to translate complex real estate concepts into easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property development, and buyer behavior.
• Ability to manage deadlines and produce high-quality content within short timeframes.
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and content management tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with real estate developers, agencies, or property management firms.
• Understanding of various real estate sectors (residential, commercial, luxury, etc.).
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies for real estate.
• Location: Freelance, work remotely with occasional meetings as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
