Senior Graphic Designer (25k – 28k) (Probation period salary, with performance-based hike)

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and take charge of a range of exciting client projects. If you’re passionate about design, love working on dynamic projects, and are ready to bring your creativity to the table, we want you on our team!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and producing engaging social media creatives, motion graphics, ad creatives, and reel videos that align with the client’s brand identity and objectives.
• Collaborating closely with designers, creative directors, copywriters, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Keeping up with the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices in digital media to keep your designs fresh and innovative.
• Providing valuable input to enhance design workflows and streamline processes for efficient project delivery.

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Graphic Designer. You will work on a variety of creative tasks, including social media graphics, motion graphics, ad creatives, branding materials, and more. Daily responsibilities involve crafting visually appealing content that tells the story of each brand, from logo design to brand identity development.

Qualifications:

• Strong graphic design skills with a solid understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, and other design software.
• Proven experience in branding and logo design.
• Expertise in typography, with a knack for font pairing and ensuring readability.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work efficiently in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• A portfolio showcasing your best design work is required.
• Bonus: Completion of LinkedIn skill assessments in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
