The Role

We are looking for customer focused individuals with an up beat and “can do” attitude to join our phone based customer service team on a FT basis.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Answering patients enquiries
• Social media DM responses
• Accurate input of data
• Maintenance and upkeep of CRM processes
• Completion of set daily task lists
• Achievement of set KPIs

Desired Skills:

• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask
• Sound computer skills
• Strong customer service acumen
• The ability to respond well to change and be willing to upskill
