Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical IT implementation project in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow and large-scale IT projects, with proven expertise in managing diverse teams, stakeholders, and complex project requirements. This role is perfect for a proactive and solutions-oriented individual capable of delivering results in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: · Manage the implementation of ServiceNow for a large-scale organization, leveraging at least 3 years of relevant experience. · Lead large-scale IT project implementations, requiring a minimum of 7+ years of experience. · Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, collaborating with change managers to design change and communication plans. · Manage key stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment with project objectives and expectations. · Identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively. · Escalate risks and issues in a timely manner to avoid project delays. · Organize and lead steering committee (steer co) meetings and other senior executive engagements. · Guide and manage a multidisciplinary team, including Business Analysts (BAs), Change Managers, Developers, and Process Documentation Experts from different consulting firms. · Resolve roadblocks and provide practical, actionable solutions to facilitate smooth project progression. · Ensure excellent communication throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining transparency with stakeholders and team members. · Utilize strong team management skills to foster collaboration, accountability, and a productive work environment. · Demonstrate a team player attitude, working cohesively with others to achieve project success. · Apply strong prioritization skills to manage competing demands and ensure key deliverables are met.
