Your tasks

• Ensure implementation of the most optimal solutions
• Acting as the Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client in the Atlassian area
• Identifying and correctly interpreting business requirements and being able to translate them into specific functionalities of Atlassian ecosystem tools
• Interacting with the client on a daily basis, including communicating new available functionalities, detecting gaps, advising on non-standard situations
• Analyzing, designing and creating tailor-made solutions
• Implementing best practices and configuration rules for Atlassian tools
• Maintaining smooth cooperation with the necessary Atlassian units
• Work closely with the client’s technical lead on implemented solutions and enhancements

Requirements

• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence from the implementation and administration side, supported by participation in implementation projects
• Ability to design processes and describe them
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application development
• Knowledge of administering JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of data structure and data model
• Hands-on experience in system automation (Ansible, Groovy, Gradle and others)
• Experience in JIRA project migration and/or Confluence space migration
• Expertise in the development, architecture, administration, monitoring and design of Java-based IT applications
• English language at a communicative level
