Marketing Project Manager (Remote)

We are actively seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to take charge of our multifaceted marketing initiatives. This pivotal role serves as the cornerstone of both project management and marketing support within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will adeptly manage a diverse range of projects across multiple platforms, including hardassetsalliance.com, goldsilver.com, and wealthion.com. Your mission will be to ensure that every project is executed seamlessly, maintaining high standards of quality and making a significant impact. Your expertise will drive the consistent and effective delivery of marketing objectives, reinforcing our brand’s presence in the market.

You will responsible for:

·       Project Management Platform Oversight: Maintain regular updates and management of our project management platform to ensure timely scheduling and execution of marketing campaigns and content. Create a process for project management.

·       Marketing Support Coordination: Provide essential support to the marketing team by coordinating and streamlining daily operations and administrative tasks. Facilitate the efficient execution of marketing campaigns by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining clear communication channels between all team members.

·       Resource Management: Organize and manage visual resources and charts to support content creation and presentation. Ensure resources are efficiently utilized and easily accessible to all team members.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and workflow between marketing, design, sales, operations and external agencies.

·       Brand and Design Liaison: Serve as a liaison between our brands and the design team, ensuring that all marketing materials meet brand standards and appeal to target audiences.

The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years professional experience. Direct financial experience is not a requirement, but we are looking for candidates with operations experience.

As our firm and marketing team continues to grow, there is ample room to grow this role in either the creative, leadership, or technical directions.

Experience and skills you will bring to the team:

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

·       Ability to negotiate timelines.

·       Experience using project management tools like Wrike, Asana and Trello.

·       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent communicator overall, both written and verbal

·       Skilled in managing expectations and building relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

·       Capacity to adjust strategies and tactics quickly in response to new information or changing conditions.

·       Empathize and understand customers’ motivations

·       Able to maintain and hold others to a high standard of execution

·       Experience using CDP/CRM automation platforms (Hub Spot, Segment, Klayvio, Zen Desk, etc.)

Comfortable with technology and martech apps (WordPress, landing page builders, chatbots, modals, push, etc.
