Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Communication Concepts: Develop graphic communication concepts and innovative visual campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Creative Conceptualization: Conceptualize and creatively bring projects to life, bridging complex startup ideas and their audience visually.
Client Inspiration: Inspire clients with unique design ideas, confidently presenting them in both German and English.
Visual Storytelling: Create compelling visual storytelling for presentations and digital assets, ensuring engagement across all media.
Mentorship: Mentor junior designers, fostering creativity and sharing expertise to elevate team performance.
Collaboration & Ownership: Take ownership of the design process, collaborating with team leaders and management to ensure optimal visual outcomes.
Qualifications:
Passion for digital communication and experimentation with the latest design tools and trends.
Strong conceptual thinker with a sharp eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling.
Expertise in understanding customer journeys and an intuitive sense of design trends.
Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and independently manage tasks.
High-quality standards, even under pressure.
Fluent communication in both German and English, with openness to provide constructive feedback.
