What You Will Do

  • Respond to customer queries via email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Identify and escalate urgent customer requests or complaints.
  • Adhere to data entry procedures and quality standards.
