Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of information and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Accurately input data into designated software and other relevant systems.
- Respond to customer queries via email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Identify and escalate urgent customer requests or complaints.
- Adhere to data entry procedures and quality standards.
