About The Opportunity

Our Micromine Australia team, based in Perth (HQ), are currently seeking a Product Specialist to join them.

Being the largest and fastest-growing region of Micromine, this role will put you at the forefront of technical support for Micromine Origin and Beyond customers, whilst also assisting with client training and product development.

• Support customers to solve complex geological & mining problems.
• Provide clients with training and post go-live implementation support.
• Providing technical support for Micromine’s global network of personnel and partners.
• Work closely with the development team, providing feedback on new features, and assessing impacts on support procedures and documentation. Provide clients with training and post go-live support.
• Provide reporting, insights, continual improvement recommendations as required.

About You

Ideally you will have a Geo background with hands on experience using Geological software tools.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Experience as a Geologist.
• Hands-on experience with Geological software tools. Ideally with Micromine Origin and Beyond.
• Previous experience with technical support and training would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills.
