Job Description

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for driving the user experience and design strategy across Z2Data’s platform. This role is crucial in creating intuitive, high-quality designs that align with customer needs and the overall product vision. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience and aesthetic consistency across all touchpoints.

You will also be a key contributor to the product’s evolution by leveraging customer insights, understanding market trends, and employing design thinking to craft solutions that simplify complex workflows in supply chain management.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Product Design Strategy: Lead the design strategy, ensuring that the visual and interaction design meets both business goals and customer expectations. Prioritize design work and roadmap items that improve usability and customer satisfaction.

  UI/UX Expertise: Own the end-to-end design process from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups using Figma. Create compelling, easy-to-use interfaces that enhance user workflows.

  Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design implementation.
• 
  Customer-Centric Design: Gather user feedback and conduct user testing to inform design decisions. Use insights from enterprise clients to improve user flows, reduce friction, and drive overall user engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in enterprise software, supply chain tools, or data management industries.
• Strong proficiency in Figma or other user interface design tools.
• Proven experience in leading UI/UX initiatives for complex, data-driven applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience with designing B2B or enterprise applications, with an emphasis on usability and clarity.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional ability to present and communicate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation & logistics

• Onsite in Santa Clara, CA or Remote
• FTE with full benefits at $100,000/year to $140,000/year
