Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Tires Sales Manager (Passenger / TBR / OTR Range)

What will you do?

– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in Passenger, TBR, and OTR tire segments.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and fleet managers to meet sales figures
– Lead, train, and manage the sales team to meet performance goals.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
– Negotiate contracts and pricing with major clients for sustainable partnerships.
– Coordinate with supply chain to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely deliveries.
– Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements:

– Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the tire industry, focusing on Passenger, TBR, and OTR segments.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in management
– Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
– A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
