Job Mode: Currently Remote work (There is a possibility to move to work from office based in Chennai)
Work Timings: According to South Africa Time zone SAST (As per IST – 11.30 AM to 8.30 PM)

Responsibilities:
- Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings
- Advances human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Promote a healthy working environment for staff and management.
- Handle labor disputes and remedy any issues and employee might have.
- Manage risk by being compliant with South Africa labour laws and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of all labour legislation and evolving needs of the employer and its employees.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Interview and recruit skills to fill job openings.
Required Skill/Must have skills:
- Should have good hands on experience in Employee relations
- Should have good hands on experience in It Staffing, It Talent Acquisition
- Must have HR experience such as hiring process, performance management process, conflict management, Employee contracts, termination process
Qualifications:
- Preferably 12+ years of experience
- Must have HR experience such as hiring process, performance management process, conflict management, Employee contracts, termination process
- Must have some level Recruitment Experience
- Must be willing to work with South African time zone and South African holiday calendar
- Should have worked with multinational environment-Onshore and offshore model
- Build and maintain successful HR.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication
- Achieve recruitment targets in a tough recruitment.
- Successfully support the needs of a diverse group of employees.
- Deal with conflict that resulted in an amicable outcome.
- Build trust with employees and support them where needed.
- Taking Ownership and Accountability of his/her tasks
- Must be well-organized and have excellent time-management skills.
- Be a successful negotiator and influencer.
- Analyze information quickly with good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communicator to all levels of management in the company.
- Be good at keeping the peace and manage conflict in the company.
- Real listening skills and respect for keeping information private.
