Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Luxury For You (Aureus Group). The Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engage customers, and increase conversions. This position requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Primarily, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our Google Ads and Meta campaigns. You will play a crucial role in driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing revenue for our e-commerce platform. You will analyze performance data, conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and implement bidding strategies to ensure maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads and Meta strategies to meet business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Define target audiences and create audience personas to tailor ad campaigns effectively.

Campaign Management:

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video networks.
  • Write compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives.
  • Implement and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage past visitors and customers.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Adjust bids, keywords, and targeting settings to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and new features or updates within the Google Ads platform.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate the advertising budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor daily and monthly budgets and ensure efficient spending.
  • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team and senior management.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and e-commerce marketing.

Other Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

  • Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Segment email lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure all email marketing complies with current email marketing standards and best practices, including GDPR compliance.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and support SEO strategies.
  • Implement on-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, header tags, and alt texts.
  • Develop and manage link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure the website remains competitive.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and user recordings to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages and user journeys.
  • Implement changes based on test results to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of optimization strategies.

Content Marketing:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of a content marketing strategy that includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with the brand voice and messaging.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of content marketing efforts, making adjustments as needed to maximize impact.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree is mandatory from IIM or equivalent Tier 1 B-Schools.

2. Google Ads/Meta certification is a must.

3. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

4. Skilled in Meta and Google Ads services, including search ads, display ads, video ads, YouTube ads, account set-up, keyword research, remarketing, and landing page.

5. Creative Writing – Write compelling ad copy and headlines.

6. An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)

Minimum Experience Required: 3 to 5 years.
