What You’ll Do:

• Be the Technical Star: Lead the SFMC Solution & development of smart, scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Collaborate & Lead: Partner with stakeholders, project managers, and your team to ensure solutions align with both technical and business goals.
• Mentor & Inspire: Lead reviews, mentor junior developers, and champion best practices within the team.
• Problem-Solve & Optimize: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications for top performance and scalability.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements and improve customer engagement.
• Configure and manage Marketing Cloud instances, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and other relevant modules.
• Develop and execute complex email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and data flow between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for implementations, configurations, and processes.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends.
