ABOUT THE ROLE:

Hampshire Property Group is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead the development and integration of AI-driven applications and solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and other AI tools. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI engineering, experience with AI infrastructure, and the ability to manage both in-house and third-party AI solutions. This role also involves working with various data sources, overseeing embedded vector databases, and integrating large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI’s GPT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Architect, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Build and integrate AI solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and other relevant platforms, tailored to business needs.
  • Develop and maintain AI infrastructure, overseeing data pipelines, embedded vector databases, and complex datasets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, managing AI solutions from both in-house and third-party providers, including LLMs like OpenAI.
  • Design workflows and process automations using Power Automate to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Leverage SQL queries and Python scripts to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • Develop customized AI applications using Copilot Studio and other tools to enhance business productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and innovation.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with best practices in security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Power Apps technologies, continuously improving and evolving applications.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in AI application engineering and development.
  • Expertise in managing AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, embedded vector databases, and complex datasets.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate for creating and managing business applications and automated workflows.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for developing custom AI applications.
  • Ability to work with home-grown AI solutions as well as external vendors, including large language models (LLMs) from providers such as OpenAI.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms for AI and data integration.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Knowledge of API integration for incorporating third-party services and data sources.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles for creating intuitive, user-friendly applications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in data security and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, with knowledge of tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure Cognitive Services.
  • Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for developing AI features like chatbots or text analysis tools.
