Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting 90+ My Tuition App’s innovative tuition services to potential customers. You will engage with parents and students, helping them understand how our platform can support their academic goals and encourage enrollment in our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential customers (parents and students), introduce 90+ My Tuition App, and promote our CBSE-aligned tuition services.
• Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through phone conversations, emails, and other outreach methods.
• Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable tuition packages.
• Follow-up: Track all leads, conduct follow-up calls, and close sales through effective communication.
• Achieve Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, ensuring a high conversion rate from leads to enrolled students.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM tools.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for long-term retention and referrals.
• Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies based on customer insights.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of telesales or customer service experience, preferably in EdTech or educational services.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (fluency in regional languages like Malayalam or Hindi or Arabic is a plus).
• Sales Orientation: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
• Customer-Centric: Ability to understand and address customer needs with empathy and clarity.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and proficient with tools like MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred:

• Experience in EdTech, educational services, or working with CBSE curriculum students.
• Knowledge of GCC markets or experience working in a similar role in the Middle East.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Ed Tech: 1 year (Preferred)
