Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager, Operations Assistants, and Sales Managers to facilitate efficient order processing and production scheduling.
- Manage the sales order process, ensuring prompt and precise order fulfillment.
- Engage with customers through phone and email communications to provide order and shipping clarifications, always with a courteous and professional approach.
- Oversee logistics and shipping schedules to guarantee seamless operations and timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update inventory records to support production and sales efforts.
- Coordinate activities at our remote warehouse to ensure operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-training initiatives in HR and Office Management to broaden your skill set and enhance your contributions across the business.
- Get involved in additional projects as the organization expands, promoting opportunities for personal and professional development.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Intuit QuickBooks, Fishbowl, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, & Excel).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional college education is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Creative problem-solving aptitude to enhance processes effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks based on operational needs.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, establishing rapport easily with colleagues and clients.

- A strong work ethic and dedication to helping others.
- Fluency in Chinese is beneficial but not mandatory.
