The Role

As a Sales Director, you will play a critical role in leading our outreach

strategy to introduce these product lines to potential clients. We”re looking

for someone who not only has a proven track record in sales leadership but

is also passionate about creating real-world change through empowering

talents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote and sell our new

product lines to corporate clients, focusing on the tech and CSR

markets.

  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers at

companies that align with our mission of social impact and workforce

development.

  • Build and lead a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship,

direction, and performance feedback to ensure team success.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and

campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

  • Track and report on sales metrics, using data-driven insights to refine

the outreach strategy and achieve revenue targets.

What We”re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the

tech or CSR sectors.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build

long-term client relationships.

  • Experience leading and mentoring sales teams to success.
  • Passion for social impact and aligning business success with

community development.

  • Self-motivated, innovative thinker who thrives in a mission-driven

Environment.
