Job Description

The Individual needs to have a solid background in the following areas:

• Invoice Processing (and Travel and Expense)
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Payment Activities (incl. Cashflow Best Practices and Forecast)
• Master Data Management and Governance (as per Global Standards and Compliance)
• Data Analytics for each of the items (as well as others as per Strategic Demand)

• Analytical Skills
• First class communicator, with the ability to expertly drive meetings or stakeholder engagements
• Customer service focus (internal/external customers)
• Independent, self starter. At ease working individually or part of a larger team

Qualifications:

• P2P operational process expert (Accounts Payable and Accounting)
• Experience delivering high quality Customer Service in Accounts Payable (and Travel and Expense)
• Extensive expertise of SAP ERP including S4 Hanao Experience working in global, multi-matrix organizations
• English language (written and spoken)-CRITICAL
• Excellent inter-personal skills and demonstrable strengths in stakeholder management

Role Service Expectations and Requirements:

• Role should support US business hours
• Should be able to understand the business demands and work with operations to resolve them on a timely fashion
• Should be available to join meetings via calls and MS teams in US time zone
• Timely completion of assigned activities as part agreed TAT and accuracy level
• Proactively escalate matters to management which require urgent attention
