As a Senior Back End Developer at FCA, youll work remotely with a talented India-based team to build and scale solutions that enhance job site safety and efficiency. Your Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance APIs and backend systems using the latest versions of .NET 8 and C#.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and ensure seamless, high-quality functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to modern best coding practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on-time and on-budget.

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Expert-level proficiency in Object-Relational Mappers (Entity Framework, SqlKata, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of designing and developing consistent RESTful APIs.
• Strong experience using git-based version control and working in agile development environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and AWS services (Cognito, Lambda, EC2, S3).
• Experience with microservices architecture, caching strategies, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in building and deploying apps in AWS environments.

Our Tech Stack:

• Server-side: .NET 6, MediatR, FluentValidator, Entity Framework, Dapper, xUnit/Moq, SeriLog, Swagger.
• Cloud: AWS (Cognito, EC2, S3, SQS, Lambda), PostgreSQL.
• CI/CD Tools: CircleCI, Docker.

Bonus Tech Exposure:

Though not required, you may also work with React, React Native, Redux, TypeScript, and Google Cloud APIs.
