Alfafam Management Consulting is currently hiring on behalf of our client, a dynamic Marketing Agency, for the position of Google PPC and Ads Manager.  Our primary objective is to facilitate the growth of businesses within the United States by providing comprehensive support in management, operations, budgeting, marketing, hiring, and onboarding processes.

As a Google PPC and Ads Manager, you should be an unquestionable expert in Google Adwords, Performance Max, Google Display Network, YouTube Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads and Boosted Posts, Google Local Service Ads, Google Map Ads, complex ad extensions like Call Rail integration, map, reviews and others that could best serve small businesses. The candidate must have experience with landing page integration with Google, integration of ads with Google Analytics, account setup, and expertise with account suspension issues. Strong experience with MCC setup and management for multiple accounts is also required. Experience managing a team is a major plus. The candidate should be a self-starter and have excellent verbal and written English skills.

What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing multiple clients’ PPC and Social Ads campaigns, as well as be a resource on sales calls and client retention calls. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and monitor PPC and Social Ads campaigns for various clients, using data and insights to optimize results and ROI
  • Set up new campaigns from scratch in Google, Meta, and TikTok
  • Communicate with clients regularly via web calls, email, and web meetings, providing updates, reports and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the quality and timely delivery of our services, resolving any issues or challenges that may arise
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially in PPC and social media advertising

What You’ll Need to Succeed in This Role:

You need to have a solid background in digital marketing, especially in PPC and social media advertising. A strong understanding of funnel/CRM tools like HighLevel is a plus. You’ll also need to help troubleshoot when issues with analytics arise. You also need to have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. You need to be a team player who can collaborate with different stakeholders and provide feedback.

Your qualifications should include:

  • Fluent English
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with SEO is a plus
  • Total mastery of Google Ads and Meta Ads and strong understanding with experience running TikTok ads – all with relevant certifications
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset

Requirements:

– Unquestionable expertise in all relevant Google and Facebook ads certifications

– Proven track record of success in managing PPC campaigns across various platforms

– Strong experience with landing page integration with Google

– Experience integrating ads with Google Analytics

– Ability to manage complex ad extensions like CallRail integration, map, reviews, and others that could best serve small businesses.

– Strong experience with account setup and expertise with account suspension issues.

– Self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team

– Excellent verbal and written English skills

– Experience managing over 15 accounts

The Details:

– This position is full-time, and remote from Monday to Friday.

– Standard work hours are 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST (New York time zone)

– The salary range for this is dependent on location, experience, and skills.
