Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Develop and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Analyze market trends in crypto and iGaming, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Define product vision, goals, and KPIs to ensure the product meets user needs and achieves business objectives.

Project Management:

Lead cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure timely delivery of product features.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including post-launch performance analysis and iteration.
Use agile methodologies to manage sprints, backlogs, and task prioritization.

User Experience (UX) & Customer Journeys:

Lead UX/UI teams to create a seamless, user-friendly experience tailored to crypto-savvy users and high-rollers.
Monitor and analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to optimize the player journey, including account creation, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Leverage analytics and player data to drive decisions related to feature development, promotions, and market expansion.
Utilize A/B testing to iterate on key features, such as bonuses, in-game events, and retention strategies.
Report product performance metrics (e.g., DAUs, deposits, retention) to senior management and propose actionable improvements.

Marketing & Player Retention:

Work with the marketing team to design and implement crypto-specific acquisition and retention strategies (e.g., referral programs, affiliate partnerships).
Develop and manage bonus systems, loyalty programs, and other engagement mechanics, ensuring they are tailored to a crypto-savvy audience.
Stay updated on competitor activities and adjust the product positioning and promotional strategies accordingly.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in the iGaming or online casino industry.
Crypto Knowledge: Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, and decentralized finance (DeFi), including experience working with crypto wallets, transactions, and tokens.
Analytical Skills: Proven experience in using data and player feedback to guide product decisions and optimizations.
Project Management: Experience in leading agile teams and managing complex product development cycles from inception to launch.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the iGaming industry, player psychology, regulatory environments, and emerging trends in crypto and blockchain gaming.
UX/UI Understanding: Solid knowledge of user experience principles, especially within crypto gaming environments, to ensure smooth user journeys.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including tech teams, marketers, and external partners.
