- Strategic and operational reviews
- FM audits
- Assist in consultancy projects, supporting Consultants with client management and minuting meetings.
- Help prepare briefing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct internet, desk, and field research.
- Coordinate projects, track progress, and advise the Project Director on potential issues affecting deliverables or profitability.
- Share learning points from projects with the team.
- Maintain document control and project folder structures.
- Coordinate project meetings and manage related documentation.
- Screen emails, calls, and enquiries, following up as necessary.
- Enter timesheet and expense information for monthly invoice preparation.
- Assist in preparing proposals and documents to help secure further work and elevate the company’s market reputation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in working within the Facilities Management sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Capability to multitask, prioritize, and self-organize in a fast-moving environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as part of a dispersed team.
- Excellent customer relation skills and confidence in building relationships at all levels.
- Ability to travel to client sites, with flexibility for early starts and late finishes.

- Experience working in a professional environment, especially as part of a team.
- Preparing and delivering documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinating projects or tasks.
- Previous experience in Facilities Management or property environments.
- Meeting minute-taking and distribution.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Experience in the service sector (e.g., cleaning or catering) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with FM software (e.g., CAFM).
- Knowledge of the Facilities Management sector.
- Educated top degree level would be desirable
