Founding Product Manager (Remote)

We’re Onboarding a Founding Product Manager Against Equity Only. You Must Have Domain Expertise And Work Experience In At Least Two Or More Of The Following

• Marketplace products (e.g., Airbnb, Ola/Uber, Flipkart/Amazon, BookMyShow)
• B2B2C products (e.g., ArtStation, Behance, LinkedIn, PeerList)
• HR-tech/Hiring-Recruiting products
• Game Producer/Game Product Manager/Game-Tech products

This opportunity is for an early-stage startup in the talent discovery and recruitment segment within the game-tech/game development space. As a founding member with high equity, you have the unique advantage of creating long-term wealth and the opportunity to build something impactful from the ground up.

Requirements

• Experience in at least two of the mentioned domains/companies.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with proven experience designing and building products.
• Must be located in India and willing to relocate to Bangalore when required.
• Willing to quit your current job if necessary and able to sustain yourself financially for at least a year.
• A passion for building products, starting up, and the games industry.
• Commitment to the long-term journey of a startup (potentially 5-10 years). Please consider your financial responsibilities and personal obligations carefully.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven product management experience: 5+ years.
• Educational background or certification in product management.
• Experience designing and building a product from scratch.
• Strong track record in defining product vision and strategy.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Bonus Points

• Previous startup experience.
• Experience designing, building, and shipping products with users.
• Experience in the games industry as a Game Producer or Game Product Manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct UX research, product and competition research.
• Design product features, flows, and roadmaps.
• Write PRDs and work with technical co-founders to build the product from scratch, taking full ownership.
• Develop and build an MVP for a recruiting tool compatible with the game industry and relevant skills.

As a Founding Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product development process, defining the product vision and strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business goals from product ideation through to market launch and future iterations.
