Your Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will lead key initiatives within the engineering team, focusing

on the research, development, and implementation of advanced AI technologies for the

animation industry. We are seeking experienced individuals who are passionate about anime

and eager to apply cutting-edge AI technologies to contribute to the animation industry’s

growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

● Architect and design scalable AI systems that integrate with our blockchain

technology

● Conduct and oversee research on the latest AI trends, particularly in image

generation and processing

● Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall technical strategy

● Passion for Anime, with the ability to discuss at least three series in-depth and

express how much you love them

● Extensive experience with image generation AI, including technologies like

GANs, Diffusion Models, or similar

● Willingness to relocate to Tokyo, Japan

● 5+ years of experience in AI development, with a focus on machine learning and

deep learning

● Proven expertise in developing and deploying large-scale AI solutions

● Solid understanding of blockchain concepts and their potential applications

Preferred Experience and Skills

● Expertise in computer vision or natural language processing in the context of media

content

● Experience with AI-driven content creation or manipulation tools

● Familiarity with smart contract development (e.g., Solidity)

● Proficiency with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud

AI)

● Knowledge of Japanese language and culture (not required but a plus)
