Project Manager (Remote)

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead a variety of projects in our Al Ain location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring that all project objectives are met while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the planning and implementation of project activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
– Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
– Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
– Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and performance management.
– Monitor and track project progress, identifying any issues or risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
– Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders and team members to report progress and address concerns.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and sharing best practices.
– Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to senior management and clients.
– Manage project budgets, ensuring that expenses are tracked and controlled to avoid overruns.

– Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
– Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
– Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
– Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
– Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
– Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
