About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project cum Delivery Manager who can lead complex projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate will possess sharp English communication skills and have strong technical expertise across key areas like .NET, AWS, CI/CD, Agile, Azure, Full Stack Development, and QA. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful technical projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management, from planning and execution to delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams on .NET, AWS, CI/CD, and Full Stack projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Implement and oversee Agile practices to drive continuous improvement and efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive quality control processes.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in a technical or software development environment.
• Drive project delivery by ensuring alignment with client and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage project risks, budgets, cost management and timelines effectively.
• Report project status and updates to C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in project management and project delivery, preferably in technical environments.
• Strong technical knowledge in .NET, AWS, CI/CD, Agile, Azure, and Full Stack Development.
• Proven experience in leading projects involving QA processes and teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for detail.
• Excellent English communication skillsboth verbal and written.
• Experience managing remote teams and working with global stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies; PMP, ScrumMaster certification is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), or equivalent.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an international environment is a plus
