We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our partner brand, NERRĀ

The ideal candidate will have some experience in project management within the digital sphere, whether in an agency, e-commerce, or online sales environment. This individual will play a pivotal role in optimizing our operational processes, facilitating project management, and driving efficiency across the organization.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

The ideal Operations Manager is a dependable expert in orchestrating the entire operational ecosystem of our organization. They thrive in the ever-challenging landscape of day-to-day planning, management, and development, particularly within the digital realm. From optimizing workflows to overseeing logistics, their strategic mindset and hands-on approach drive operational excellence.

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met, resources are allocated effectively, and deliverables exceed client/customer expectations.
• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve overall efficiency.
• Utilize project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar platforms to organize tasks, track progress, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and drive strategic decision-making.
• Identify and acquire suppliers for various needs.
• Monitor and coordinate with suppliers post-launch.
• Overseeing internal teams and external partners such as warehouses and after-sales service providers.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in project management is required, prior experience in the beauty & cosmetic industry is a plus.
• Skilled in e-commerce tools like Shopify, Loop Returns, Figma, Asana, and Gorgias.
• Be very organized (it needs to be second nature to you).
• Has keen attention to detail.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, learn new skills, and take on new challenges as needed.
• Fluent in French & English.
