Key duties may include, but are not limited to: ]

(i) Strategic Communication o Partner with the communications team to develop and execute powerful narratives around architectural projects, integrating advanced visual elements that enhance storytelling, promote the value of business architecture and help to build an understanding of what the Branch does for the Agency.

(ii) Strategic Marketing o Undertake research across the business to identify the needs and concerns of the target audiences and establish a marketing strategy for our communications materials.

(iii) Visual Content Creation o Produce high quality visual content by distilling complex architectural concepts and findings into clear, concise and compelling visuals (including sophisticated renderings and detailed diagrams) and presentations that accurately reflect strategic business objectives.

(iv) Brand Consistency o Maintain the highest standards of brand consistency across all visual outputs, ensuring alignment with the agency’s brand guidelines and best practice architecture frameworks.

(v) Project Documentation o Generate and manage comprehensive visual documentation for architectural projects, including detailed progress reports and final presentations that meet industry standards

. (vi) Stakeholder Engagement o

Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to understand their advanced visual communication needs and deliver bespoke solutions that meet those requirements.

(vii) Innovation and Trends o Stay at the forefront of the latest trends in visual design and architecture, incorporating cutting-edge techniques and technologies into the work

Mandatory Criteria •

Minimum of 5 years Visual design experience &/or communications/marketing

Weighted Criteria •

Demonstrated experience in traditional and emerging communication practices and communication strategy, marketing practices and marketing strategy. •

Demonstrated experience in visual design, with a proven track record within business strategy or architecture.

• Demonstrated experience with organisational storytelling for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software.

• Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex architectural concepts visually and strategically.

• Uncompromising attention to detail and creativity. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and in highperforming teams and manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.

• Academic qualifications in related fields, such as Communications and Marketing, Visual Design, Architecture is desirable
