Autonomous Specialist (Remote)

What You’ll Do: 

• Design, build, and maintain complex workflows and automation using Make.com, Zapier, and other integration platforms. 
• Develop custom APIs to enable communication between various software platforms and ensure smooth data flow.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation to enhance efficiency and reliability. 
• Collaborate with our tech team to design solutions that integrate with our CRM and other business systems. 
• Recommend and implement improvements to our automation strategy for better business outcomes. 
• Take complete ownership of our CRM, automations, integrations, and tech processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, no micromanagement required.
• Build and optimize systems to streamline our business operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience working independently and taking ownership of CRM systems and tech stacks. At least 4 years minimum experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues without external support.
• A deep understanding of system integrations, automations, and business processes (experience with GoHighLevel, CSS, JavaScript, and webhooks
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset, always thinking ahead and finding ways to improve.
• Expert-level knowledge of Make.com and Zapier, with the ability to build, manage, and troubleshoot complex automations.
• Strong experience in API creation and management, including the ability to write, test, and document APIs. 
• Added bonus :Experience with managing a Tech team
