Senior Consultant Business And Tax Advice (Remote)

We are looking for a CPA to join our team to be client facing for both sole proprietor and corporate tax & consulting services. The role will be approx. 20 hours per week.

At this time we are looking for someone who is interested in consulting/strategy calls with clients for business setup and tax planning. This role will have complete ownership over their client relationship for all aspects of business support. The consultant will spend approx. 50/50 split of client facing on calls and back-end work (prep, tax filing, inquires, etc.)

This can include:

• filing T1 and T2 income tax returns

• reviewing of bookkeeping

• help clients with business financial planning

• business bank account setup

• business registration requirements

• incorporating guidelines and when this should be done

• how to setup a new corporation

• corporation maintenance (bookkeeping, filing, etc.)

• GST/HST registration considerations, filing and optimization

• KPI tracking

• How to optimize your business next tax year
