Key responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of rehabilitation counsellors, psychologists and social workers, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review.
Strong clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN OUR TEAM

Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology & Full registration with AHPRA/ ASORC
At least three years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting (previous Team leader experience ideal but we will consider accomplished senior consultants)
