About the Role: As the Marketing Manager at NP Nutra, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation and sales growth within our established customer base. Collaborating closely with the Sales team, you will help create effective marketing plans and execute campaigns that enhance our market presence and strengthen customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Planning and Strategy:

• Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement marketing plans and budgets.
• Create and execute account-based marketing strategies to drive demand generation and accelerate deals within key accounts.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends to identify opportunities for improving marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor budgets and analyze results to ensure alignment with forecasts and plans.
• Stay updated on industry knowledge through educational opportunities and trade publications.
• Identify effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for target accounts.
• Attend trade shows to present our brand effectively, gather market insights, and analyze competitor branding.

Execution:

• Implement marketing strategies focused on product promotion and customer engagement.
• Deliver initiatives that generate new sales pipelines and expand existing opportunities within target accounts.
• Plan and organize product training presentations in collaboration with Account Managers and R&D.
• Support sales staff with sales data, market trends, forecasts, and new product information.
• Negotiate with media partners to secure advantageous contracts.

Team Collaboration:

• Foster team building and collaboration within the marketing department through regular meetings.
• Assess the strengths of the marketing team, assigning and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
• Develop strong relationships with account managers to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Educate the sales team and customer service representatives on new and existing marketing initiatives.

Research and Analysis:

• Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to refine future strategies.
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3-4 years of marketing experience, focusing on execution and campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and account-based marketing is a plus.
