Life Insurance Consultant (Remote)

Tenacity CX are Australia’s leader in Recruitment and Consulting Solutions to the Customer Experience and Contact Centre industry. We are currently looking for a Life Insurance Superstar to work in a full time permanent capacity for a leading Australian Insurance brand based in Sydney CBD.
  
In this role, you will engage with existing members who have expressed interest in Life Insurance by building relationships and having consultative conversations.  You will assist members through the quoting, application, and underwriting processes, ensuring they receive the best support possible.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage phone and email enquiries, providing general advice on Life Insurance products
• Assist members with quotes and applications
• Triage member needs and hand over to Risk Specialists when necessary
• Maintain compliance and administrative processes for Life Insurance policies
• Build and maintain relationships with members and key stakeholders
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals

  
Skills & Attributes Required:

• Previous experience in Life Insurance essential – must have current RG146 accreditation
• Demonstrated customer service and sales experience where you have worked towards sales targets and KPIs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong relationship-building abilities and a consultative approach
• Ability to understand complex policies and navigate multiple systems
• A proactive, positive attitude with a strong customer focus
• Effective questioning and active listening skills are essential
