As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within the EPC sector, specifically for the Project Management Practice. This role demands an energetic and driven professional who is passionate about identifying and securing new business opportunities in strategic markets, focusing on high-value accounts.

Primary Objectives:

  • Proactively seek out and secure new business in targeted sectors.
  • Strategically grow the client’s Project Management Practice by identifying key opportunities.
  • Leverage professional connections to gain access to high-value accounts and close deals.
  • Create and implement market strategies to penetrate new industries.
  • Consistently exceed new business and revenue objectives.
  • Apply innovative sales strategies to move up the value chain and gain market share.
  • Travel and communication allowance

  • Generous remuneration (commission + $150k to $180k)

  • Available to travel across the US 50% of the time
  • CRM experience, specifically Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience and knowledge of engineering, utility, energy areas required.
  • EPC revenue driving
  • PMP experience in developing solutions
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development with large customer accounts
  • minimum 10 years experience with business development in one or more of the following industries: F&B, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Heavy Industrial, Utilities, Construction
  • PMP consulting experience
