Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Steyning – must be a car driver due to office location

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000

Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week

Full Details:

You will be responsible for providing five-star customer service to both existing and potential customers.
Answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensuring that accurate and detailed records of customer interactions are maintained.
Proactively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company products and services.
Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding service.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Good computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM systems.
A positive attitude, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Must be a car driver due to the remote location of the office.
