We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager” to drive the acquisition of new business opportunities, particularly from the United States, within the IT services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in identifying, targeting, and closing deals with US-based clients, with a specific focus on IT companies. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring long-term growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead Generation & New Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US market, particularly targeting IT companies and technology-driven enterprises.

– Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs, offer tailored IT services solutions, and ensure long-term partnerships.

– Market Research & Strategy Development: Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and client needs in the US IT industry. Develop strategies to approach new clients and penetrate emerging markets.

– Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitch documents to prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms and ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.

– Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical, project management, and delivery teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and met. Ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments.

– Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline management, and progress reports to senior management.

– Client Onboarding: Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring smooth transition and alignment between the client’s expectations and the company’s delivery capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

– 5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on acquiring new businesses from the US market, particularly in IT services or software development companies.

– Demonstrated success in lead generation, closing deals, and managing relationships with IT companies in the US.

– Strong understanding of the IT services landscape, including software development, digital transformation, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and convincingly. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

– Ability to identify market opportunities, develop effective strategies, and drive business growth in a highly competitive market.

– A proactive, self-driven individual who can work independently to achieve sales goals.

– Familiarity with the business culture and practices in the United States, with an ability to build rapport and credibility with US-based clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

– Knowledge of IT services, cloud computing, SaaS, software development, and emerging tech trends.

– Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar, to manage leads and track sales activities.
