(Senior) Product Manager Tech Logistics (f/m/d)

Location: Munich, Germany; Berlin, Germany; remote, Germany;

As Team Tech-Logistics, we are responsible for the development of solutions across the entire logistics process in an agile environment. From the delivery of goods, through the ordering process, to returns management. Our goal is to make the delivery of the order as convenient as possible for the customer and make the logistics behind it efficient, reliable and fast as possible.

Your responsibilities

• Co-creation of a compelling product vision, by using data & insights to shape the way forward.
• You’ll develop and validate hypotheses on user problems and work with user stories as part of the product development activities.
• You’ll drive sprint planning activities as part of the product development process and prioritize and manage the product backlog to optimize user value and ROI.
• Creating & improving our software to maximize efficiency of our logistic
• Together with stakeholders from other departments and development teams you’ll deliver the highest customer value and successful product features.

Your Qualification

• Proven track-record within the eCommerce and Logistics area with focus on product management/ownership in agile environment.
• You work data-driven, based on insights and analyses for deriving actions that are truly oriented towards the customers’ needs.
• You work backwards from the vision to define the road ahead and deliver customer value.
• Experience in analyzing, elaborating and prioritizing requirements.
• You have an excellent technical understanding of tech processes, systems and web applications as well as a good feeling for the mapping of technical requirements into suitable solutions.
• As a colleague you communicate empathetically and radiate optimism – even when there are difficult issues to deal with.
• You are versed both in English as well as in German language.
