Dropship Expert (Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dropship Expert to lead ShopBase’s expansion in the Turkish market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce, particularly in dropshipping and print-on-demand (POD), with strong community-building capabilities. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies for market growth, build a network of sellers, and educate the Turkish market about ShopBase’s unique offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Strategy & Execution:

• Design and implement go-to-market (GTM) and growth strategies for ShopBase in Turkey, focusing on market entry and increasing brand awareness.

Seller Engagement & Acquisition:

• Leverage your experience as a seller to connect with the dropshipping and POD community, attracting new sellers to ShopBase.

Community Building:

• Build and foster a thriving community of dropshipping and POD sellers in Turkey. Experience in community-building is highly advantageous.

Market Education:

• Educate the Turkish market on the benefits of dropshipping and POD, positioning ShopBase as a leading platform for these business models.

Partnership & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and strategic partners to promote ShopBase, expand the user base, and establish key alliances.

Seller Support & Development:

• Provide support and guidance to sellers on ShopBase, and develop programs to help them scale their business.

Key Requirements:

Seller Experience:

• Proven expertise in e-commerce, particularly in dropshipping or print-on-demand. Prior experience as a seller is essential.

Seller Network:

• A well-established network of dropshipping/POD sellers, with the ability to leverage these connections for seller acquisition.

Community Development:

• Demonstrated success in building and managing seller communities. Experience in community development is a strong plus.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies and growth plans tailored to the Turkish market.

Market Education:

• Proficiency in educating the market about e-commerce models like dropshipping and POD, and creating opportunities for sellers on ShopBase.

Partnership Development:

• Experience working with influencers, affiliates, and partners to extend market reach.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive ShopBase’s growth in Turkey.
• Deep knowledge of the Turkish e-commerce landscape.
• Familiarity with social media and online marketing strategies.
