Location: India

US Program Operations, US (EST) 8am-5pm

Travel: Travel as required for client meetings

Overview:

The MSP Program Manager is responsible for the full oversight and management of the MSP program, driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and managing relationships with clients and vendors. This role involves leading the program’s day-to-day operations, optimizing processes for staff augmentation and SOW management, and providing strategic guidance to the team. The Program Manager plays a crucial role in client business reviews and continuously enhances program effectiveness through data-driven decision-making and leadership. Experience managing MSP programs in both the US and India is required, with global experience preferred. Occasional travel required for client meetings and other program-related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end operations of the MSP program, ensuring smooth execution across all contingent workforce processes.
• Drive the adoption of policies, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with program standards.
• Ensure the program meets performance goals by regularly monitoring SLAs and KPIs, making necessary adjustments to improve results.

Business Reviews:

• Lead the preparation and delivery of business reviews to clients, offering insights into program performance and making strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure business reviews align with the overall goals of the MSP program and address key client concerns.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the team, ensuring all roles within the program are aligned with overall program objectives.
• Program Team: 2 Program Coordinators (India based, managing SOW transactions in VMS),  1 Associate Program Manager (India based, managing Staff Aug requisitions in the US),  1 Program Coordinator (India based, managing requisition activity in India).  
• Provide guidance and oversight to ensure the team efficiently manages day-to-day operations, including requisition facilitation, staff augmentation, and SOW management.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks such as worker misclassification and co-employment.
• Maintain proper documentation and conduct audits to ensure the program is operating within legal and regulatory frameworks.

Technical Proficiency:

• Leverage VMS tools (e.g., Simplify, Beeline) to drive program efficiency and manage workforce operations effectively.
• Strong data management skills, highly proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc. 
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth implementation of new workflows.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing contingent workforce programs, including staff augmentation and SOW management.
• Experience managing MSP programs in both the US and India is required, with global experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in VMS tools (e.g., Simplify, Beeline) and experience optimizing their use for program operations.
• Read/write/speak in English proficiently.  
• Proven track record in operations management, team leadership, and process improvement.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and compliance, including FLSA and EEOC regulations.
