Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with expert-level skills in Jira, MS Project, and Monday.com (both technical and administrative) to drive the success of our projects across various verticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in these tools and the ability to manage and optimize them effectively.

Duties:

• Assess the strategy, approach, and execution plans for multiple workstreams across different verticals.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities within the project workflows, offering practical mitigation strategies.
• Provide both technical and administrative expertise in managing Jira, MS Project, and Monday.com to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Work closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the overall project strategy, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project management, from initiation to completion.
• Customize and configure Jira, MS Project, and Monday.com based on the needs of various teams and projects.
• Oversee reporting, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across these platforms.
• Collaborate with technical resources to troubleshoot and resolve system issues as they arise.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role, managing multiple large-scale projects.
• Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and Monday.com with hands-on technical and administrative skills.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent risk assessment and mitigation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience in configuring and customizing project management tools to suit varying project needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.
• Familiarity with NYS government/ Medicaid/ health and human services.
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting to drive decision-making.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
