Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist

What will you do?

– participate in showroom hospitality actively to ensure customer satisfaction, and collecting information on potential customers.
– Answer and provide customers with all required info/details about the products related to prices, options, colors, specification and delivery Leadtime enquires.
– Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the pre-aligned time frame.
– Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.
– Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
– Close deals and handle difficult customers as and when needed.
– Use strong product knowledge and familiarity with the company’s marketing department promotion policies to do what it takes to get the deal done.

What will you need?

– Minimum 1-3 years related experience in sales operations
– Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
– Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
– Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of tasks
– Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
