Right now, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team!

You will get the chance to:

Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to a team of Full-stack developers focused on feature development.
Drive team performance to achieve business goals by supporting the growth and success of each member.
Encourage the team to enhance product quality and innovation.
Partner closely with product leaders to effectively execute the project roadmap.
Collaborate with the People Team to attract, nurture, and retain top talent.
Engage in hands-on coding as required.
Appropriately assess problematic situations to gain adequate understanding of problems involved and assume the responsibility of delivering complex tasks on time and in scope within the team’s plan.
Takes a leadership role when working with peers and coaches junior and semi-senior developers/analysts.
Attends conference calls and exchanges emails with clients.
Performs coding tasks.
Designs and codes complete small software modules.
Performs code reviews.

Hands-on experience as a Software Engineer (7+ years).
Knowledge of architectural patterns (monolith, SOA, microservices, N-tier, etc)
Excellent understanding of Design Patterns (Singleton, Facade, Factory, Proxy, Adapter) and API gateways VS (elastic) Load Balancers
Knowledge of Databases: SQL / No-SQL / Cloud DBS , with specific argumentation when choosing one over the others.
Knowledge of Languages, frameworks, DBS, Cloud Solutions, open-source – solid argumentation about why choosing something.
Understand concepts like: interoperability, observability, throttling, auto-scaling, caching levels and mechanisms, optimistic locking mechanisms, change data capture mechanisms, very performant search solution
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
