The Master Builders eDocs system is a trusted digital platform that streamlines document management for our members. Working within a small team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills across a broad scope of offerings and genuinely contribute to helping our members improve their business.

We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Officer who will be responsible for providing front line technical support to users of our platform.

Your new role

  • Provide front line technical support to end-users (members, staff and consumers) via phone and email.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing step-by-step guidance to resolve user problems.
  • Liaise with other departments where required to seek a resolution for the user.
  • Identify recurring issues and work with the appropriate team members to provide feedback on system improvements.
  • Gather user feedback and provide insights to enhance the platform’s features and functionality.
  • Provide system reporting support.

What you will bring to the team

This role is customer service focused so a genuine passion for helping others is essential. You will bring to the team:

  • Experience in customer service or helpdesk environments.
  • Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfort learning new software tools and features.
  • Experience in software support (desirable)
  • Experience using a CRM (desirable)
