- Ensure all works and services are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as a customer advocate, providing exceptional service to maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and manage employees and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and leadership.
- Maintain full compliance with contracts and BGIS business systems.
- Ensure all stakeholders adhere to OHS&E policies and procedures.
- Manage project costs to stay within budget, ensuring timely invoice processing and accurate cash flow forecasting.
- Oversee all stages of project delivery from scope definition to handover, ensuring compliance with OHS, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Administer contracts with contractors and suppliers, ensuring documentation and payments are processed efficiently.
- Maintain project programs with a focus on safety, risk management, and compliance with BGIS systems.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure projects are delivered in line with Contract KPIs, maintaining regular communication.
- Promote teamwork by mentoring team members, driving open communication, and creating a positive work environment.
- Proven experience in delivering projects or Capex programs.
- Strong business acumen with contract management and supplier engagement expertise.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project.
- Certificate IV in OHS or equivalent project management experience.
- General Induction for the Construction Industry card.
- Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Project Management, relevant trade certificate, or Bachelor’s Degree.
