Product Manager (Remote)

What are we building?

While Hard Rock has been a mainstay for 50 years, Hard Rock Digital is a true start up that’s rapidly expanding our footprint across the US and international gaming markets. Our product and engineering team is based in Austin, where we are a close-knit team of product managers, designers and developers building a better customer experience in the fast-growing online sports betting and iGaming space. While online gaming is a new industry in the US, the legacy technology powering the industry is not cutting edge. We’re here to change that. What’s the position?

We’re seeking a dynamic, UK-based, Product Manager to lead one of our product teams. In this pivotal role, you’ll help drive the strategy and execution of our product features, focusing on designing and building our customer onboarding, registration, verification, KYC (Know Your Customer) and account management services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy for efficient and optimized onboarding, verification and customer account management across multiple states and markets
• Collaborate closely with technology teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Lead and inspire a rapidly growing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining product vision, design, development, testing, and launch
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure our products deliver exceptional business value and meet key objectives
• Leverage a startup mindset to drive technical excellence and ownership in all aspects of your work

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong product management experience with a track record of successful product delivery (5+ years)
• Experience working on online platforms with robust and complex onboarding and/or identity verification, multi-state registration, regulated or controlled industries or similar product experiences (5+ years)
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• A history of delivering exceptional products on budget and on time
• Deep experience utilizing agile development processes
• Excellent teamwork skills with track record of working across multiple time zones
• A sense of humor
