Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Services Partner to join our team. In this role, you will take on a key position, responsible for managing one of our largest customers and overseeing HR services delivery for Austria. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a client-facing role and is passionate about delivering best-in-class HR services – always aiming high, leveraging new technology and providing outstanding customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for one of our major customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand the customer’s business needs and align HR services to support their strategic objectives.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

HR Services Delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR services for the assigned customer.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate HR services delivery, including talent and workforce management as well as compensation and benefits administration.

Project Team Participation

  • Be an integral part of the project team, contributing to the development and implementation of HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and our partners to drive successful project outcomes and exceed customer expectations.

Workshop Facilitation

  • Conduct workshops with the customer to understand their specific requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to provide tailored HR solutions that address customer needs.

Escalation Point For Delivery Issues

  • Serve as the escalation point for any HR services delivery issues, working proactively to resolve challenges and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues.

Your Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar client-facing role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Austrian HR processes, Austrian regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in German and English, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels of the organization.
  • You’re curious about people, and you’re good at building and maintaining relations.
  • Resilience and a positive can-do attitude.
