Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful sales training programs that enhance the performance of direct and channel partner sales representatives across key product modalities, with a focus on LightForce and Shock Wave technologies. This role aims to equip the sales team with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to effectively promote the company’s solutions. You will deliver diverse training formats, from online modules and in-person workshops to field shadowing and coaching, ensuring the successful on-boarding of new sales reps and continuous skill development.

In collaboration with sales leadership, you will align training initiatives with international sales goals, assess the effectiveness of training programs, and support the company’s overall sales strategy. By staying at the forefront of industry trends and maintaining deep product expertise, you will ensure that the sales force is well-prepared to succeed in competitive environments. You will also play a key role in the education and development of Allied Health and Healthcare Professionals (AHPs/HCPs) through specialized courses, advisory board leadership, and compliance with industry standards.

This role supports our business sales objectives by driving improved sales performance, generating leads, whilst contributing to the strategic market development for our recovery science technologies. The role will involve approximately 50% travel, primarily within Europe, with the possibility of additional international trips beyond Europe.

Key Accountabilities:

Sales Enablement:

  • Develop Training Programs: Proactively design, develop, and implement effective sales training programs for all modalities (focus on LightForce and Shock Waves) including sales techniques, product benefits, handling objections, product demonstration and Financial/negotiation argumentation. Regularly discuss with US to keep alignment in the trainings.
  • Train & Coach sales reps: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions including online basic training, in-person workshops, virtual training, and e-learning modules to direct and Channel Partner reps.
  • Onboard new reps: Provide one-on-one and group coaching to sales representatives, offering constructive feedback and strategies for improvement. Spend time in the field shadowing sales reps and potentially new first line sales leaders.
  • Assess Training Effectiveness: Evaluate and document the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements as needed including lead generation and CRM discipline
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership: Work closely with sales managers and leaders to identify training needs, align training initiatives with sales goals, and support overall international sales strategy and campaigns.
  • Product Expertise / participation to congresses: Stay current with the industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to ensure the sales teams and market managers are well-informed and equipped to effectively promote our solutions. Attending the main Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation congresses as the physio expert answering clinical questions and performing demonstrations / presentations.
  • Sales & Sales strategies: Support the achievement of quarterly and yearly sales target. Gather market intelligence and feed the strategic plans.

Allied Health / HealthCare Professionals (AHPs / HCPs) Education:

  • Run AHPs / HCPs Education courses: Develop the content and execute Education courses for AHPs / HCPs on different pathologies and associated modalities, online or in person.
  • Support the development of AHPs / HCPs Educational Programs: Frame and formalize our “Global” education program for Chattanooga.
  • Identify & Onboard local AHPs / HCPs: Identify with sales managers and contract best local trainers to run education locally. Run train the trainers to onboard them.
  • Federate and animate this Advisory Board: Regroup selected AHPs from different countries to discuss therapeutic trends, new clinical studies. Develop a holistic treatment approach by pathologies backed up by a group of selected trainers capable of advocating for Chattanooga in the field.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Knowledge and Experience:

In-depth understanding of pathologies, technologies, and sales methodologies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate, federate and inspire sales teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
  • Fluent in English (C1 minimum). French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Chinese: a plus.

Mobility: Up to 50% (Located at less than 1h from an international airport)
