Responsibilities and Duties:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to troubleshoot functional and non- functional issues correctly and clearly Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests / to follow up on cases till closure flawlessly.
• Ability to work independently with little or no guidance.
• You will be expected to write copies and curate the available content to be posted as blogs, articles, stories etc.
• Should be flexible in learning different processes and be cross-skilled.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social listening knowledge.
• Proven working experience in social media or related fields (added advantage)
